Customer Service
Customer service is very important to us.. When you place an order with us, we ship within 1 - 3 days from the time of payment. We ship Priority mail, First class mail and UPS.. Please remember that First Class mail takes from 5 - 7 days for delivery. If you need expedited shipment, just email and we can usually comply with your needs. Insurance is optional with us unless it is a fragile item. We offer a money back refund or exchange if you are not happy with your item.. The item must be returned within 7 days in mint condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please also note that any items purchased from the Ceramic category will ship anywhere up to 10 days..
